GENERAL REGULATIONS
USING THE WEBSITE VIETIMMIGRATION.COM
Users are responsible for reading and fully understanding the contents
outlined in the General Regulations for using the website vietimmigration.com
(hereinafter referred to as "General Regulations") when
performing actions on Viet Immigration. Accessing, providing information, and
using the website vietimmigration.com means that the User acknowledges having
read, understood, and agreed to comply with all contents of these General
Regulations.
ARTICLE 1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The website vietimmigration.com is managed by CBI Law Firm. Viet
Immigration was established to best support customers not only during their
entry into Vietnam but also throughout their residency, work, and investment in
Vietnam.
1.2. The target audience of Viet Immigration includes foreigners who need
to enter, travel, reside, and work in Vietnam.
ARTICLE 2. DEFINITIONS
The terms and phrases used in these General Regulations shall be understood
as follows:
- Viet Immigration: A platform specializing in consulting and
providing services related to visa applications for entry into Vietnam, as well
as other personal documents required for living and working in Vietnam,
accessible through the domain https://vietimmigration.com/.
- Firm: CBI Law Firm - Operation Registration Certificate No.
41.02.3556/TP/ÐKHÐ, initially issued by the Department of Justice of Ho Chi
Minh City on January 18, 2021.
- User: Individuals, organizations, or enterprises accessing Viet
Immigration to perform activities including but not limited to searching,
viewing content, providing information, making payments, receiving emails,
contacting for consultation, and using other features and services provided by
Viet Immigration.
- Data: Includes all information arranged and displayed on Viet
Immigration in the form of text, images, sounds, videos, features, and other
forms of presentation.
- Services: Services provided by CBI Law Firm through the website
vietimmigration.com.
ARTICLE 3. APPLICABLE SUBJECTS
These General Regulations apply to all Users and Members of Viet
Immigration.
ARTICLE 4. SERVICES OF VIET IMMIGRATION
4.1. The Services provided by Viet Immigration include:
- Visa application services: Viet Immigration acts as a bridge to
help foreigners come to Vietnam quickly and conveniently. We specialize in
assisting foreigners with visa applications, from paperwork to translation,
ensuring accurate and fast approval.
- Work permit application services: Viet Immigration specializes in
helping foreign workers obtain legal employment in Vietnam. We provide
comprehensive support throughout the entire process, including document
preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities to ensure compliance
with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Other services: In addition to visa and work permit application
support for foreigners in Vietnam, Viet Immigration also assists customers with
other services related to passports, judicial records, consular
legalization/certification, temporary residence cards, permanent residence
cards, etc.
4.2. By continuing to access the website vietimmigration.com, the User
agrees that the Firm has the right to adjust, supplement, or replace part or
all of the Services without prior notice to improve and enhance service
quality.
ARTICLE 5. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. Viet Immigration publicly announces Service Fees on the Website based
on customer information and service requirements. The Firm has the right to
adjust and update Service Fees at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Viet Immigration has its own payment policy, publicly announced on the
Website, which is an inseparable part of these General Regulations.
ARTICLE 6. PRIVACY POLICY
Viet Immigration has a separate policy on User information security,
publicly announced on the Website, which is an inseparable part of these
General Regulations.
ARTICLE 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Viet Immigration is committed to protecting Users' personal information.
Please carefully read the "Personal Data Protection Policy" below to
understand our commitments to protecting Users' rights:
7.1. Purpose and scope of information collection
To use certain services at Viet Immigration, Users may need to provide
personal information including but not limited to Email, Full Name, Phone
Number, Address, Payment Information, etc. All declared information must be
accurate, truthful, and legal. Viet Immigration is not responsible for any
cases of false or invalid information declaration.
Viet Immigration may collect information about the number of visits,
including pages viewed, links clicked, and User browser information (IP
address, browser type, language used, access time, etc.) to optimize user
experience and improve service quality.
Users have full data subject rights under Article 9 of Decree No.
13/2023/ND-CP on Protection of personal data.
7.2. Scope of information usage
Users' personal information is used for the following purposes:
- Processing orders, notifications, and service package renewals.
- Sending invitations, thank-you letters, product and service
introductions, and promotional programs.
- Resolving complaints and disputes related to Viet Immigration services.
- Conducting surveys to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Confirming and enhancing system security.
- Providing information to competent authorities upon legal request.
7.3. Information storage duration
- Users' personal data is stored on Viet Immigration's system until the
User requests deletion or self-deletes information.
- In all cases, personal data is absolutely secured on Viet Immigration's
servers and only authorized personnel can access it.
7.4. Means and tools for Users to access and edit personal data
Users can access and edit personal information through the following
methods:
- Calling the hotline to request confirmation and updates.
- Submitting requests through the Viet Immigration website, where the admin
team will verify before making changes.
- Logging into a personal account on the system to self-edit and manage
personal information.
7.5. Commitment to protecting Users' personal information
- Users have the right to request modifications, updates, or deletions of
their personal information at any time.
- Viet Immigration is committed to protecting Users' personal information
in compliance with legal regulations. We only collect and use personal data
with the User’s consent, except in cases where otherwise required by law.
- Users' personal information will only be used for the purposes specified
in Section 7.2 and will not be shared with third parties unless required by
competent authorities.
- Viet Immigration implements advanced security measures to prevent the
risk of data leakage, theft, or misuse of personal information.
- In the event of a system breach resulting in data loss, we will
immediately notify the relevant authorities and affected Users to take timely
corrective action.
- Viet Immigration guarantees absolute confidentiality of Users’ online
transactions and electronic invoices.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information
when registering and using Viet Immigration’s services. We shall not be liable
for any disputes or claims arising from inaccurate or misleading information
provided by Users.
- In addition to the commitments stated above, Viet Immigration fully
complies with its obligations under Article 38 of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on
Protection of personal data.
ARTICLE 8. COPYRIGHT STATEMENT
8.1. Viet Immigration and its Data are owned and exclusively exploited by
the Company. Any unauthorized use of Data must comply with the following
conditions:
(i) Data is for personal, non-commercial use only;
(ii) Any copying, sharing, or quoting of Data must retain the original
branding and source "vietimmigration.com" or "Viet
Immigration";
(iii) All products, technologies, and processes used or displayed on the
website https://vietimmigration.com/ may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights of Viet
Immigration.
8.2. Members are legally responsible for any articles, comments, document
templates, or other content they upload to Viet Immigration in any format.
However, Viet Immigration reserves the right to reject publication or request
modifications if the uploaded content is deemed to violate legal regulations,
ethical standards, or traditional cultural values of Vietnam.
ARTICLE 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. Viet Immigration provides free and/or paid convenience services
related to immigration, visas, labor, and legal information. All information
and materials on Viet Immigration are for reference at the time of posting.
9.2. Viet Immigration shall not be liable for any loss, legal liability, or
damage resulting from the use of Data provided by Viet Immigration or from any
other website linked directly or indirectly to Viet Immigration.
9.3. Viet Immigration strives to maintain and ensure uninterrupted access
to the website https://vietimmigration.com/ for Users. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the
provision of Services (with or without prior notice) for the purposes of
repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, or website maintenance, or in cases of force
majeure. Viet Immigration shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising
from, resulting from, or related to the use or inability to use https://vietimmigration.com/.
9.4. Beyond the aforementioned limitations, if Viet Immigration is subject
to any legal liability and required to provide compensation, the maximum
compensation amount shall not exceed the most recent Service Fee paid by the
Member.
ARTICLE 10. USER OBLIGATIONS
10.1. The User commits to complying with the following obligations:
- The User is not allowed to copy, share, cite, or use the Data for
commercial purposes in any form (whether directly or indirectly) without the
written consent of the Company.
- The User is not allowed to delete, modify, or conceal any symbolic marks
of Viet Immigration as shown in the original version.
- Any copying, sharing, or citing of the Data for non-commercial purposes
must clearly state the source as "vietimmigration.com" or "Viet
Immigration."
- The User is not allowed to copy any tools, features, or products
developed by Viet Immigration for reuse in any form or for any purpose.
- An Account can only be logged in on one device at a time. The User is not
allowed to transfer or share the usage rights of a paid Account in any form.
10.2. Any violation of the User's obligations may be handled according to
the provisions of Article 11. Violation Handling below and in accordance
with the law.
ARTICLE 11. VIOLATION HANDLING
11.1. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Viet
Immigration has the right to apply one or more of the following measures:
- Send an email or contact the User directly to notify and request the User
to cease and take remedial actions regarding the violation.
- Temporarily suspend or refuse to provide Services to the User who commits
the violation.
11.2. For clarification, any Service Fees paid by the Member (if any) will
not be deducted, reserved, or refunded in these cases.
ARTICLE 12. OTHER PROVISIONS
12.1. All contents of the General Regulations comply with the current legal
system of Vietnam. Users participating in Viet Immigration must fully
understand their legal responsibilities and commit to complying with the
contents of these General Regulations.
12.2. Any disputes arising between the User and Viet Immigration will be
prioritized for resolution through negotiation and mediation. In case of
unresolved disputes, either party has the right to request the competent
People's Court for resolution.
12.3. These General Regulations take effect from the date of issuance. Any
amendments, supplements, or updates to the General Regulations will be made at
the Company's sole discretion and publicly announced on the Website https://vietimmigration.com/. Continued actions
on Viet Immigration signify the User's agreement and commitment to complying
with the revised contents.
